Losin' It

Maybe I should just start eating junk all the time now . . .

Down another two pounds this week!

I'm really surprised. I ate out several times over the weekend, had other "nuh-uh, you don't need that" meals, and missed five full days of exercise (other than running my mouth which I'm always good at when I'm at my mom's house. Heh). I suppose maybe the bad schtuff jump started my metabolism. Who knows. I'll take it.

I now have just eight pounds to go. EIGHT POUNDS! Single digits! I think when I meet my goal I will buy myself a ridiculously slutty outfit to seduce my husband with. Hmm.

Here are a couple of progress pictures:

The Jaybird decided he wanted in on this one:

Ugh, I loathe that baby bubble. What I wouldn't give for a Mommy Makeover!:

Total lost as of today: 57 pounds. Wowza! I'm definitely on track to be down 59 lbs by Jaybird's birthday in two weeks. And I'm crossing my fingers that all the weight will be gone by Halloween. We shall see.

Confession: I'm scared shitless of trying to maintain. Shitless.

How do you plan on maintaining? Do you increase your points some or quit counting points altogether?

I read somewhere I think on 3fatchicks.com that with weight watchers you sometimes stall and this chick figured out a plan where some days you eat higher calories and it jump starts the weight loss again. I'll find it and send you the link because its been awhile since I've read it. I think it was nicknamed the Wendy plan or something like that.

I think you'll do fine with maintaining! Just remember the habits you've learned. Your come this far!! I've said it before but you truly inspire me and I hope I'm as successful as you have been (although my journey is a bit longer than yours lmao).
